How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship items within 1 day of receipt of order on working days. Items ordered over a weekend will be processed on the first following working day. Items ordered within the UK will normally arrive within 3-5 working days. If you require next day delivery please email me. All individual items sent via small parcel Royal Mail delivery, multiple items sent by Royal Mail delivery on parcel weight.

Can I return my order?

You can exchange your order within 14 days of the date the order was placed. Returns must be paid for by you - we do not offer a free returns delivery service. Returned items must arrive back in their original condition for any exchanges to be authorised. 

What if you need to cancel my order?

From time to time we may be unable to fulfil an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if it is impossible to fulfil. In the event that this decision is made we will make contact immediately to advise you and to arrange a refund.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order, if you wish to do so please get in touch immediately by phone or email.

My order has arrived but is damaged, what should I do?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and believe the item purchased is damaged or faulty as a result of transit or manufacturer fault, please contact us immediately. If an item is faulty or damaged we may ask for it to be returned for inspection in its original packaging. If it is agreed that the item is faulty, then a refund will be granted. If the item has been damaged in transit we will need to make a claim through the postal service and we ask that you bear with us during this process.

International shipping

Please contact us for a quote for international shipping. You should allow 7-14 working days for international post via Royal Mail or courier.
